Luxury in Bosnia and Herzegovina is not best measured by how many nominally premium properties appear in ten nights. It is the quality of the sequence: being met at the airport, travelling in the right vehicle, entering a museum with the right interpreter, reaching Mostar after the day-trip peak and having a day with no obligation to leave a beautiful property.

Define luxury before booking
Ask the group to rank:

Day 4: a refined Neretva transfer
Travel toward Herzegovina with one meaningful stop in Konjic or Jablanica. Pre-arrange any specialist visit. Use a good lunch and view rather than several roadside pauses.
Check into a Mostar hotel or countryside villa for four nights. The longer stay protects privacy and removes repeated luggage handling.
Days 5–6: Mostar and regional heritage
See Mostar early and late, when an overnight guest has the greatest advantage. Use a local specialist for architecture, reconstruction and community history.
On the regional day, choose a coherent pair: Blagaj and Počitelj, or Stolac and Radimlja. A waterfall can replace part of the day when season and privacy expectations align, but do not market a public natural site as private.
Reserve meals only after current menu, service, dietary and alcohol-policy checks. “Fine dining” and “halal” are separate claims.
Day 7: villa or unscheduled day
Keep the day free. Options can include a private meal, pool time, wellness brought to the property where lawful and appropriate, a short market visit or a late decision based on weather.
Verify pool visibility, staff access, housekeeping schedule and external cameras where privacy matters. A high wall in a photograph is not a privacy guarantee.
Day 8: one distinctive stay
Choose a route-aligned mountain lodge, riverside property or Central Bosnia hotel. The stay should justify one night through setting, service or a specific experience—not simply add another property category.
Possible areas include Blidinje, Jablanica, Jajce or a Sarajevo mountain, depending on season and the following transfer. Check road quality, luggage access, meals, heating or cooling, mobile coverage and staff availability.
Day 9: return and close well
Return to Sarajevo, using one selected stop only. A premium final evening might be a private cultural programme, a carefully arranged meal or simply time to pack without pressure.
Confirm airport transfer, porter needs and any tax-refund or export documentation for valuable purchases.
Day 10: departure
Match the vehicle to passengers and luggage, not a nominal class. Reconfirm the flight, pickup and assistance. Keep the schedule empty.
