These travel terms explain how we confirm packages, what payments are required, and how changes or cancellations are handled. Please review them before finalizing your itinerary with our team.
Every trip begins with a tailored proposal. Your itinerary is confirmed only after you approve the final schedule in writing (email or WhatsApp) and submit the required deposit.
Deposits guarantee hotel, transport, and guide reservations. The remaining balance is due before arrival in Bosnia unless another timeline is agreed in writing. Payments are handled offline via bank transfer or in-person settlement.
Minor changes (dates, activities, number of travelers) can usually be accommodated up to 7 days before arrival, subject to new supplier pricing. Larger modifications may require a revised quotation.
Deposits are non-refundable once we place bookings with hotels or activity partners. If you cancel after full payment we will refund any recoverable supplier costs minus service charges.
Guests must hold valid passports, visas, health insurance, and comply with local laws. Safari Bosna is not responsible for denied entry or missed flights due to incomplete travel documents.
We coordinate reputable partners but certain risks (weather, airline delays, border controls) are outside our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the trip you purchased from Safari Bosna.
